In the first lesson, whether online or in person, we will run the diagnostics. Using selected GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® exercises, we assess your potential, strengths, and limitations. From day one you should feel a positive change in your body and your movement.
We create both a short-term and a long-term plan of achieving your goals.
The fun begins. You are on the way to MOVE BETTER. The recommended pace is two sessions a week.
